We are a transcription service that provides clean or verbatim transcripts of audio or video. A clean transcript will not include filler words (um, uh, repetition, etc.) and will "flow." A verbatim transcript includes everything said, including stuttering, filler words, etc. For example, someone saying, "um, I think that... well... uh, like, I think the best way I can answer that is," would become "I think the best way I can answer that is," as a clean transcript but would remain exactly as said in a verbatim transcript.

Rates are as follows - $20 per hour worked for a clean transcript, $25 per hour worked for a verbatim transcript. Generally, a clean transcript will take about four times the length of the audio to transcribe, review/edit and format. A verbatim transcript may take longer. For instance, an hour-long piece of audio or video would take about four hours to finish a clean transcript, making the cost for that transcript about $80 or approximately $100 for a verbatim version.
